I bet that 25-40% complete the course fully. They expected 4000 so it will be around there. We will see. Great move by YC and really excited to experience the program!
Thanks Sam, I think you can surprise the "rejects" by doing something to inspire them to continue to pursue their projects and dreams, maybe a competition and winner gets something. Maybe invite them to an event in MV and have a party.
I would also like to add how genuinely excited I was, I am going through a difficult time right now and this felt like I was actually going to turn things around. Sure this was bad for everyone but really just terrible timing for me.
