Always a joy to read those and the fact that the emulator keeps on improving. You can run it on SteamDeck nicely and play Gamecube games better than Switch 2. It's a shame nintendo has only released about 5 games thus far.. Great work Dolphin Devs! I still need to give RetroAchievements a try.

I want this as OSS so I can selfhost it - it looks fantastic, I probably give it a spin to get rid of google sheets.

Slightly disagree - while LibreOffice might be better in features, the UI/UX of Google Docs worked so much better for me, it's not even funny.

I liked that one when it was still called "Wunderlist". I'm still mad the owner sold it. He now makes "Superlist" but it's simply not the same :/

From my experience an XLD rip can be equal to an EAC rip in terms of rating on the site (RED and OPS). I've always been ripping this way and always had a perfect score; It's not easy though. There is a lot of nuances that influence the score, so you need to do a lot of reading and checking.

The developer is regularly putting out beta releases [1] for the 3.0; With the other comments I found, I assume it's a single person development - probably in spare time - and only using an Intel mac.

I started watching the keynotes with 2 tech friends when I was like 16 years old and as we grew older (am 27 now) they are the only events across the year where we sit down, talk a bit about tech and make fun of all the stupid bullshit in the keynote.

I was wondering about those while watching the keynote, but now that I see the price of 10$ I think most people would rather buy a cheap USBC charger at 10$ instead of an adapter?

> This project strikes me as a fun side project that doesn't have serious legs or ambitions

And it totally is! "The primary goal here is to learn, not to get adoption" [1]. Kenneth Reitz is just another developer who created a public repo with some docs, a logo and the clear indication that it is just for fun. I don't see why everyone is so on the fence with this.
