I'm having great success with DS4 Pro as my main model, while using DS4 Flash for subagents.

A fork, yes.

If they were Intel 64bit binaries they'd still run due to Rosetta 2, however the majority of their games did not get a 64bit upgrade on macOS.

Comparable Mac, except for you know, all the game support.

If you ever had to use an iPhone that would just shut off randomly with like 30% battery "remaining", you'd probably be singing a different tune and appreciative your device became somewhat more usable with the changes.

I've got the same spec, are you running the 27B or the 35B-A3B? I found the 27B was unusably slow (like 10-15t/s not to mention the prefill times)

Since you have 512GB, might be worth looking into running deepseek4: https://github.com/antirez/ds4

In Australia, this is mostly because there are tax implications for not being a private health care member past the age of 31 when you earn over a certain amount. Our public system is great (and actually exists).

Even on the highest end, the M3 Ultra at 512gb RAM doesn't exist anymore :'(

Actually, I went to the Mac Studio configure page on Apple.com and you can't do higher than 96GB now...

Understandable. But if you were attempting to do the same thing as the RTX Spark on a MacBook (i.e. run local models), you would also definitely be hearing those fans. Perhaps not the best marketing play, but it is true to the real experience of using the product for this use case.

They've killed that, check the banner on the Fleet page:

>Update (May ’26): Fleet is now part of Air — our new agentic development environment. Download for free at air.dev →

>expose a connector so the ai can connect to the thing and do what it needs to do...

They have done this now, they've implemented ACP so you can use any agent that supports that from any IntelliJ editor. They (optionally) provide an MCP server which the agents can also use.

Especially because they previously denied his request for the files (even when they've sponsored him), stating the same IP issue.

Covered by the article:

>I ran local experiments with Minio, SeaweedFS, and Garage. My primary objection to all of them was the operational complexity

If you swap in the extension cable head, that does indeed have a ground pin, at least in Australia anyway. The grounding comes from that metal ring that the connector uses as a guide. https://www.apple.com/au/shop/product/mw2n3x/a/power-adapter...

Cancelled my YT Premium and just installed SmartTube on my TV instead.

My previous blocker was that there was no (easy) way to bypass ads when I was using an AppleTV, so I just started using the Android side of my TV.

With Ofcom I'd say the UK falls into that group nicely.

>Japan disallows many forms of such loot boxes due to addictive nature.

Crazy to say this when they've basically pioneered and perfected gacha games.

I'll chime in and say personally I do this all the time and have never experienced a system crash from this.
