It's about the actual inquiry and report[0][1].

A terrorist likely has easier access to the former, and it suffices.

Do not just link some Wikipedia article.

Express your point.

I am not aware of any microkernel actually competitive with seL4, open or else.

When people can simply get away with not paying rent, what sort of sucker would pay rent?

xlibre is cool AF.

Already more work over a year than Xorg's X11 over a decade.

I only have two feet, so if I am to get there, I must use a vehicle.

>Any company building this kind of tech should have a separate shell headquarters on some low regulation island country

That would seem to me as grounds for piercing the corporate veil and holding the people behind it directly responsible.

High treason or some similar charge. Capital punishment not out of consideration.

Sure, the expectation was never for 68k, which has no cache, to go very far.

68030 is relatively common and could do it, if the expected level of lua performance is reasonable.

Good. I hope you manage to have it run at full speed on a non-ultrabeefed Amiga.

>modern CPU architectures like RISC-V provide no overflow traps

Irrelevant. Simplicity here is better than complexity.

Unless you're handwriting assembly, this is a compiler's job.
