Do you struggle with anxiety in general? This sounds like a symptom of a bigger problem.

First step is cut out all drugs (yes even our beloved alcohol). As a depressant it might work in the short term, for the same reason long term it will make things worse.

Toastmasters is a good idea. Have you tried talking to a therapist?

How do you fence stolen gasoline? Is there a black market for the stuff?

Even if you got away with this, you're looking at $2000-$4000 in profit? Seems hardly with the risk (even if you're not concerned with ethics). Not to mention you have to safely store 800 gallons of gas somewhere.

Is pinball seeing a resurgence in popularity?

A friend of mine is internationally ranked, and he started out much like the author:

> What if I built a wall cutting it in half and built a pinball room in the resulting new room

Their small apartment is now full of pinball machines, tools and parts

Like a train switching tracks! I never noticed.

So what does ⌘ represent?

Thanks for sharing. I'm considering VNS but frankly I'm terrified of complications and recovery time.

Word, remember the world before the hockey puck mouse? Strange to think we used to shape those like a human hand.

> You’d better know how to touch type. The Cyrillic-ish alphabet designed for Acronym by Rudnick is all part of the theme

Any high res photos of the keys/lettering?

What? (I'm not OP)

Simply conserving battery life?

And according to the article iPhone users that thought their Bluetooth was turned off were vulnerable to attacks; that's not a superstition.

By reading the source code? No wonder reddit used to go down so often...

Old Man Musk can talk it, can't walk it. This playground provocation was boring enough when it started, good call by zuck.

Thanks! I should have specified it's impossible without a fixed height (height: auto).

Most of these aren't widely used because they were quaint attempts at solving problems that no longer exist, could be better solved with CSS (as the author concedes with <small>), and very much depend on browser implementation.

I was excited when <details> and <summary> landed in all evergreen browsers for example, but just to get the content to slide open (guiding the user) instead of pop open requires JS (the best implementations I've seen use WAAPI), Safari adds a proprietary pseudo element, etc.

So you've never been to Port Authority...

Commute from BK or Queens is still feasible, they are BIG boroughs so it differs on which part. Prices are lower but climbing, especially in neighborhoods very close to Manhattan.

Bronx still has a high crime rate; depends on where. Tremont and Highbridge are pretty rough. Lots of the Bronx is still as safe or safer than, say, East Harlem (in Manhattan).
