This is pretty cute. It'd be interesting to have slightly more "collaborative" mechanics in the next version.

Maybe rather than directly attacking the boss, damage boosts can get stacked up for other players to use? Or maybe "shields", which reduce the cooldown / timeout.

Is there a way to get notified about future versions/updates?

This is cool, but I wish I didn't have to get past "infinite" scrolling to check the license of the icons in the footer (it's CC0). "free" is a bit ambiguous.

It might do, but I suspect that it couldn't be studied so well because it's hard to account for arbitrary infections.

Part of the article talks about how testing and confirmation of a COVID diagnosis was a requirement here, which helps narrow down the study.

There's a "thanks" section at the end of the README which links to it, from what I can see.

I like this approach to thinking about abstractions. It's easy to forget /why/ you are abstracting something, and this gives some perspective and structure to it.

I make this game engine/framework, which lets you code your games in the Wren scripting language, while allowing you to bring and build your own tools.

It's like Love2D, but for Wren instead of Lua.

The episode of House in question is, in fact, its pilot :) Very good show. Not sure how often they handled parasites, interestingly.

https://infinitelimit.net

I started it fairly recently (linking it here will probably cause the server to melt) Just my space to talk about whatever I'm thinking/working on.

Currently it's focused on Fang, the programming language I'm designing/developing.

The source of GPL software can be sold, it just has to be available to users of the software.
