Cloudflare can verify certain bots when they come from known ip addresses. So if your site is using cloudflare it can let CCBot if it has done the verification.
It's just amusing reading all these posts with different viewpoints, just in this thread there are multiple people saying 4.6 was so much better than 4.7 and that they switched back to 4.6.
Can confirm what others have posted, i tried some random snacks/sweets in some of the 711 stores in Japan and they were really good, for some reason I was not expecting it to be so good.
