I always refer to this as "Load-bearing wallpaper" - in so much that folks who see it, wouldn't think twice about tearing it down - it's wallpaper, right? Well, turns out it was load-bearing wallpaper and the house came down as a result.
Yup, they totally do it on purpose (likely with the hope it will resolve itself before you freak out and complain for a refund/replacement). Interestingly enough, it has happened to me only on the things that never wind up arriving (so much for my justification guess)… I think it hides on the day it is supposed to arrive (if it is not out for delivery), perhaps only after a known and communicated “your order is running late” notification.
Worth noting: if you search for the product name in the order search, it will show up - just not in the default view.
I just need f’in paper towels, Jeffy B - don’t tell me I don’t need to see the order y’all couldn’t drive 15 minutes to deliver.
