PRs just need a paywall with a priority tier tied again to money. If you want AI code to show up in a popular repo, pay for a chance then or just fork it for free.

You are not forced to use microsoft, in fact you have consiously paid them to be your OS. You can only beg them to consider this or move to macOS or linux in general.
Github Gitlab should work with stripe to let projects gate PRs in the main repository, both for being in queue & jumping the queue for prioritization, solve sponsoring OSS for good.
What would make this truly portable is being able to generate this consistently with a short prompt and generate with a local LLM. That way no network calls or file hash can prevent this
