As long as what is scraped is what is publicly available, I'd agree. If it accesses data otherwise locked to "visible to contacts" or the likes, then I would no longer consider it scraping.

Misses the point of what a 'leak' is.
Perhaps the LI devs could post open for work on their profile pictures now...
Doesn’t seem to be a actual data leak , but a collection of scraped LinkedIn user data.
Interesting to see if the data includes profiles that aren’t publicly viewable.
If someone scrapes my public info from LinkedIn and bundles it together for sale, that’s not a leak. There’s an entire industry that does this.
I consider leaks when data are breached and private data are revealed.
