I predict he will start to use solar power to generate crypto. He might even sell it at a premium since he can claim that it's green. Wall street is hot for crypto but it's having a hard time justifying the pollution that goes with it. Finally, Tesla solar will become a plus for Tesla vs a negative asset. He can't devalue Tesla's Bitcoin stash so it's going to be Bitcoin.

I'm not so sure Wall St. is concerned with the environment, possibly there is a small fraction of ethical investors but historically the markets put profits first. There are plenty of less than environmental/ethical stocks being traded and held in mutual funds.

1. LiDAR: Though use of LiDAR would have provided extra modality to reduce probability of accidents, he kept vehemently opposing it. Practically speaking, back in 2016-2017, Tesla couldn't afford to put a LiDAR in their cars. Most other autonomous companies are not selling those cars but Tesla has to. 2. Bitcoin: He invested $1.2B, trumped it up, sold off 10% of it, made a profit to help show that TESLA is profitable and dissed it after that. Why did he keep the rest, we will know in sometime (or may be never, Hi Elon, if he is reading this). 3. He knew that CA lockdown would have made it extremely difficult for his company and thus kept using fake/on-the-edge news to promote his objectives. 4. Now he needs to show a new story to buy the investors and not spook them, so he will probably release badly-named (and/or half-baked) and potentially[a] dangerous FSD in Beta version.
a. Dangerous in that, some people who either take too much risk or get unlucky would die. This probably won't kill 1000's of people but it could kill a few people.
