Of course that we know Bitcoin != all cryptocurrencies. Too bad that I still can't use Bitcoin or Ethereum to pay for my groceries, despite all the 'dApps' and the hype around DeFi and whatnot.

The best part of all this is that we finally have other serious cryptocurrency alternatives that address the issues and shortcomings found in both of Bitcoin, and Ethereum which allows many use-cases to be possible at scale and cheap enough to be useful by lots of users.

The next 8 years will be very interesting for those new cryptocurrency projects.
