So, according to this, are we to take it that we are currently, or about to be, in the "Fear" stage? If there are some more/bigger scandals this year that make the front pages of the MSM, then I can see this happening as the hoi polloi retreat.
The right edges of both of those charts would have, in retrospect, been wonderful times to invest.
