This is hilarious. Workers should accept below market wages to help the economy? Mr. Bailey appears to have forgotten the difference between employment and charity work.
If you don't your coworkers will and you will be left behind, or need to job hop for parity.
He and other public servants are welcome to take a pay cut to show an example… but for some reason you never see them sacrificing anything for the public good.
