That is because beef, when done holistically, is carbon negative. Really wish people would stop hating on cows/beef, they are not the problem, they are the solution as outlined by Allan Savory in his TED talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpTHi7O66pI.

Not enough, but that doesn’t mean we should be advocating to end cattle ranches. We should be advocating they adopt the holistic approach.
