Well, I can see a few problems with this product already.
1. It's not accessible to mutes or possibly even people with a disability involving speech while still being able to speak somewhat. Deaf people will definitely have an issue here.
2. Security issues much? How are we to trust this any more than any other smart device that is 'always listening'. Or are we now just giving up and saying fuck it?
3. Multiple ways for the device to fail, without much recourse in repair. Lovely.
This is quite frankly, quite possibly, the worst idea for cellular technology I have ever seen yet.
And as ev1 said, they don't even have the proper details on some of their supposed information about things like the eSIM.

What is this excuse of an "article" even? There is virtually nothing correct.
