Tell: AWS Denied Production Access to SES

First: get your account manager involved. They can and will go to bat for you to help you through things like this.
Second: I am highly suspicious that they gave you “no reason”. I’ve been denied in the past several times and each time a straightforward reason was given. More and more these days they are (rightly) requiring more attention be paid to how you will handle bounces, spam complaints, etc. if you don’t have a good plan for that, you’d likely get denied. Without more info, that’s as good of a guess as anyone other than you can make.

hey thanks. I decided to go with MailGun for now. what do you think about it? by the way who did you end up using?
I used AWS. Fixed the one thing they indicated was a problem and I was approved the next day.
I mean this with all seriousness: if they denied you, they did so for a good reason. And if you don’t fix things, you’re likely to get banned by Mailgun also.

its gonna be used for sending transcational mails only. and i have no idea what i got to fix TBH
What did you fix? Please
I have been denied production access for no reason for a project that only sends mundane password reminders and email verifications. I decided not to fight the Goliath, never filled another request but complained on my personal facebook instead. (And went for Mailchimp).
In about a couple of hours since my fb post I have received an email from AWS telling me that my production access has been granted with limits 10x of what I have requested.

i am not going to fight either. We already have enough problems to deal with.
Since they denied without providing any reason I am wondering what could be the reason & what is the secret to please them?
Now i got to find an alternative email provider for sending transcation emails.
PS: New account & had domain verified too
