Update: I've settled on Lynx[0] for now. It's still actively being developed, deploys pretty easily with docker compose, and is lightweight.

Happy paying customer here. A good bookmark manager is an invaluable tool; I use it in conjunction with my personal wiki as a KB tool.
Does Raindrop work offline yet? Can you read a previously-downloaded article, add highlights and annotations, then file it away – without Internet?
Doesn't appear to work offline yet, but their Pro plan has something called a Permanent Copy [1] which sounds like an archived version of a website.

Sadly it looks like only the clients, and not the server, are open source. I’m a happy paying customer but would love a self-hosting option!
Perhaps it's possible to create open source implementation of the server side? I remember someone did something similar with Obsidian Sync
