All released Nintendo software should be inspected for potential FLOSS license violations and made to cease and desist like they do with emulator developers or at least take them to court.
Keep wishing.
Sad news.... alternatively use https://citra-emulator.com or the archive.org repository for source codes and compiled binaries.
Nintendo shut down the whole company, so yes, Citra will be gone as well.
Citra is an open source project, I don't think there's a company associated with development. Even if there was, a company shutting down almost never means the associated project is taken off the internet.
Citra is from the same company that develops Yuzu. Nintendo is compelling them to take down their repositories and websites.
Yuzu repo has a few archives (mastodon link):

Haven't seen anything for Citra yet

Archived repos are still available on wayback machine or even at https://citra-emulator.com
As it seems IA Wayback Machine saved all the last nighties (2104) for Windows, Mac, Linux AppImage.
They were also the team behind Yuzu (Switch emulator) who recently agreed to take that offline.
