I wanted to take this opportunity to share this recent law that passed within the State of Maryland USA that will likely irritate many a technology business owner in this ever evolving world of more and more tech. IANAL so gauge your own impacts if you do work within the State of Maryland offering technology services. My opinions are my own but those here within that have vast technological experience, years beyond the comprehension of those making these laws, I await to read your feedback. Page 10, 11, and 12 have the definition of services now taxed.

Good, bad, or indifferent it is now a law and in reading this several times as an impacted business owner I can certainly read in between the lines where the "grey areas" reside as subjective interpretation. Lawyers are likely going to be busy with this one as well.
