Yeah, confuse people and get them frustrated they cannot talk to a human for help, so they give up and the ticket auto closes after a week!

Google and other big techs have been doing this forever with website self-help endless loops, no AI necessary.

It is a sad reality when you must be relatively famous online and then proceed to whine on social media to hopefully get in contact with someone who might be able to know someone who possibly can help.
