Sounds amazing! Who are the main users for this? Technical or non technical people?
Thank you! It can be both, very user-friendly to create tests and send out invites for screening. You can also AI-gen questions based on a couple frameworks to test for AI skills, or you can make your own from scratch. Theres been lots of great feedback from nontechnical teams/recruiters actually, which is generally harder to see for AI tools.
That's pretty cool. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of question would a non-technical person come across?
Yeah of course, can be anything from a simple knowledge check where the chat might be hallucinating (you can induce this on your end), or a document parsing question where using a model to help you interpret is beneficial. Case study style questions, or just any that mimic a real workflow works wonders (Question generator can help make these as well).
