I wouldn't trust anyone that thinks planting a PWS in a flower bed can be used as a source of truth or even as comparison to offical WS which are used for the calibration of models. Just the difference of measuring wind at under 1m and next to flowers and bushes against at the standard 10m above ground...
I'm not measuring wind for the reasons you stated.
The temperature forecast though has been interesting to compare and track. That's what I am most interested in.
