As a Real Estate developer, there is a huge problem in the home service space that Angi, Homeadvisor and Thumbtack can't solve although help massively! These companies generate millions of leads that they can't even unload all of them. There are so many customers that the market can't meet the needs. Ive built out the concept of HomeLux where we become an All-In-One Home Service solution, especially for Luxury markets where they are not price sensitive. Instead they want someone to just show up on time, get it done and they'll pay a fair price. The margins in this space are amazing once you get scale and the cross-selling in our strategy gives us a potential to look at the life time customer value in a different way than most companies.
I'm looking to find co-founders and also learn some insight into how we can turn this into being a VC Backed venture. Im committing 500k to building it and we need about 3M seed money to grow rapidly.

Guys, here is the issue for this to work. Its HARD to outsource this to other companies to show up because they are all so busy, they are losing their employees and they won't give the service needed. The repair team needs to be all in house.
