I totally agree. I think YouTube's efforts could be better spent pretty much anywhere else. Do they really expect an anti-vaxxer to look at a wiki link they tacked on to a video and change their mind? It won't happen.
If someone has not made up their mind, they will do their own research.
> “How about for us people who are serving these tech people?” Saldana said. “We don’t get the same paycheck that they do.”
I don't understand this attitude. You expect the same paycheck as someone who has invested a lot of time and effort to make it in a very competitive field?
She also lives in an RV with her '3 adult sons'... 4 adults should be able to come up with the money to rent at least an apartment even on minimum wage.
Oh look, more anonymous and unnamed sources, what a surprise. Yes, 100k in ad buys somehow did more damage than literally every single news/media organization that were pro-Clinton. Give me a fucking break
There are lots of open source comment systems, those bullets do not describe any unique features or give strong enough reasons to use Talk over existing alternatives
I don't know about the author, but FB and Google do not have my SSN. I don't even think FB has my exact address. How is this the same or worse than the Equifax breach?
The point about "private messages, photographs, and most of our secrets" being vulnerable is laughable, unless you are some prime-time celebrity that may be targeted individually. Please tell me how attackers are going to sift through terabytes of completely innocuous or boring communications to find that you were cheating on your S/O or whatever. How would a criminal even monetize such information? They are after personally identifiable information in a reasonable format that is ready to be used for fraud, ie in a table, not sprinkled throughout millions of individual messages.
No one that doesn't spend every waking moment lying to themselves about the realities of our existence would have a problem with anything in that paragraph. Left eating itself
As an immigrant to the US, I find these 'diversity reports' borderline offensive. Why is it OK for employers to break everyone down to their race/color?

Right! Let's loosen the rules and allow the cabs to be in worse condition than they already are, that will get the customers back! /s
