You're right. And that's the most crucial point!

Companies have different ways of handling on-call. And Dave O'Connor has seen many different approaches in about 20 years as an SRE. Dave is currently VP of SRE at Twilio. He also ran SRE at Elastic and spent 17 years as an SRE at Google.

We at Fiberplane are enabling DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers to streamline their workflows into one space. They can debug infrastructure, respond to incidents, and do postmortems and documentation, while collaborating. We built one major feature to make this even easier: Fiberplane Templates. And we used Jsonnet to build. We evaluated different templating technologies. We wanted to share why we eventually went for Jsonnet.

we already had hands-on experience with wasm at Fiberplane when we faced a challenge: we needed full-stack WASM plugins because we needed them to run both in the browser and server. so, we build our own solution: fp-bindgen. And we gave a talk about it.

At Fiberplane, we're building notebooks for DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers. We're building a streamlined environment to query your infrastructure faster; pull in all of your metrics and logs, visualize them, then add context; codify your best practices and build actionable documentation, while working collaboratively or individually. We're in beta and would love to have you try us out!
