Are you really saying that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of "Meta", can't make a massive miscalculation?

> I feel cheated and deceived

Why? Not trying to argue against AI labeling, but if you are enjoying the music, why does it matter?

I read this in it's entirety. Not skimmed through it, but read every single word (took about 30 minutes)

You can imagine my disappointment when in the end, the code is still basically a mystery, and a wrapper around the core game was made.

Not because what you did is not hard or impressive, it's because, up until the line were you said you are going to use a wrapper, you made it seem like you're deciphering the code. That isn't really clickbait, because I had already clicked and spent 20 minutes reading. Being misled felt a bit bad, considering how beautifully the story is written.

Impressive work nonetheless.

Cortex. It's like their shared "brain". Starts with a C for extra points.

So a good test would be replacing the spell names in the books with made-up spells. And if a "real" spell name was given, it also tests whether it "cheated".

This is my first time learning about this, so it's not like I hate Wayland and want confirmation on it. But the comments did not refute his main claims. It's a debate on whether the restrictions are a good trade off, but it seems to me that what he said is factual mostly.

I'd say it depends on how straightforward the new API will be. The app I use (Materialistic) is both free and ads-free. So I don't expect the developer to drop everything they are doing to update it if will require a lot of work. So 6 months minimum if everything is well documented, a year if it will be a hassle.

Worked flawlessly and quickly on Firefox 97.0.2 on Windows.
