Wow, so am I reading this right? WaPo is banned in China.
I researched elsewhere and CNN and Faux news have no such bump.
Would this be considered a Fraud to the advertisers and WaPo and NyTimes be made to pay?
WaPo and NYTimes had a huge role in Trump's election because of their fake news against Bernie and Hillary which made people lose faith in media in general.
Not to mention they covered Trump excessively, ultimately giving him publicity.
Besides the question of whether Paul Graham is an actually influtential person outside tech bubble- can you name some of these people you're talking about, @the_economist?
Also, let me know what measure you're ranking them important on, @the_economist.
Thanks for the summary. I'd suggest everyone to stay away from Snaps. This is Ubuntu being heavyhanded. I've used AppImage and like it because I literally didn't have to do anything.
But the application that I used (powershell) takes a bit to load. Could be powershell, could be AppImage.
"we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region."
If you're working at firm A but have been hired by another firm B and haven't quit A & started B yet does that mean you're forbidden to poach employees so long as you're at A?
Is that a law, or a contract firms usually put? Or just some sort of understanding?
You should try BumbaSoft. Nobody has heard of it yet but it's because we're a stealth focus security firm. Free food, free gym, swimming pool! Money is great. I can work from home (at will) and enjoy time with my family too.
And work is the best I've ever done in my entire life!!!
Did you see the latest photos of the Obamas, glorious, right? Nobel peace prize winner obama who killed more people using drones than even Dubya Bush. Allowed false flag chemical attacks on Syrians. Preannounced Iraq offensive on ISIS so ISIS runs to Syria.
Love you jusq2. Will you please run for president sometime soon?????!!!!
This answers my question (you replied to it in the original place too). Thank you. I get the point you're making. And I can see how it's a bad system. Now that I think about it, I remember a similar problem with _ei? Sometimes it's pronounced <schwa>i and sometimes <a as in day>i. Yes, I also completely agree that Pinyin seems like a shitty system and very non-uniform system given what it set out to do and what it already had to take inspiration from.
That having said, the I still don't get the point you make about tone-sandhis and such. How do you propose they be incorporated?
Created an account just to say this- Putin is evil. Yesterday we had our class monitor elections. And this guy who likes Russian women got elected. Someone pointed out he has a cousin who once visited Russia and we all immediately knew Putin was behind this. We even contacted the local newspapers who obviously know everything about everyone and they immediately published stories corroborating our claim. Lidderaally everybody else also agreed. We're almost done with getting a re-election but by God this evil president wasted so much of our time. I hope Putin dies someday.
