You can get a pretty good idea from power usage, storage, and internet usage. Unless there's multiple hidden revolutionary breakthroughs in speech transcription or compression, nothing unsavory is happening at scale.

Perhaps I phrased it poorly. It's only certain groups (largely separated by income), but unless they're a celebrity, it seems to largely taper off at extreme levels of wealth, where brands become 'subtle' again.

There's a large cultural difference here, and from my experience, Germany is the exact antithesis of American brand culture.

In America, among many groups of people, brands are social signaling on how important/wealthy you are. It only tapers off a bit at higher incomes (>1M+). Below that, it's rampant.

That is not protected speech. The 'attack' is the keyword. Therefore, supremacist groups typically say "<oarabbus_'s ethnicity> is destroying <oarabbus_'s country of residence>" which is legal. They're just connecting the dots the only way they know how.

Videos at 1x speed seems to be a very naive approach. Only viewing videos detected/reported with copyright claim would be a more sensible approach, as that is where nearly all of youtube's issues lie. Even putting a few hundred people manning disputes from large customers would be hundreds of times better.
