I guess there are 12,000 other workers somewhere else in the world that now have a job because they get to create what Intel doesn't.
BTW, according to past statistics, most of the workers that are now "paying the price", wasn't even Intel's employees 10 years ago.
As a side note, I cannot understand why these articles are written in a table format.
Where there are cells with such a long description, bullets would be much suitable.
