For example, here sample size is huge, USA population gets significant increased risk, while EU population does not. Mixing the two together would result in a smaller but still significant increased risk.

Is there a way to measure healthiness of a single ingredient? I didn't find anything allowing me to label stuff as healthy or unhealthy. At least not scientific. I do not even think there's a scientific definition of healthiness of one single ingredient. I guess by your definition (vegetable oils increasing risk of some cardiovascular diseases) makes all meat, animal breast milk, eggs unhealthy.
I thought only diets and lifestyle can be healthy, regardless of what a single ingredient can do.
Also, if it is vegetable oil, how come there's protein in it? I thought oil is just fat? There's 4 grams of protein in 100mL of soy/oat milk (about the same as cow breast milk). Almonds on the other hand are a big scam with only 0.x protein, water with some flavour.
The biggest chuck of CO2 footprint is heating and cooling. I'm pretty sure people don't want to stop using their AC.

Climate change is happening because of the way society works, individuals works. It is a social problem.
What you need to fight is the ingrained greedy human nature. You need to fight the desire for convenience. Desire for luxury.
Many people will never inconvenience themselves by not eating animal products or by not driving a car, or by not cooling their rooms.
It's not the fault of the industry. It's a collective guilt shared by all and given that no one teaches you anywhere to fight against your greedy nature (well, maybe some religions somewhere do it right) I do not see how this will stop.

Cool thing to leave out that nitrites are used as preservatives and colorings in meat and consuming them without the added phytonutrients (available only in plants) removes the blocking effect and cancerous nitrosamines form.
Just check out google scholar for nitrosamines and meat. It's all over the place, hundreds of studies.

Just like feeding mice 20% calories from casein protein (in milk) gets them cancer, and you can turn it off and on by lowering/increasing the casein amount. should we now scaremonger and tell that milk should be avoided, maybe whey protein also because it's filled with casein?

Demonizing soy is just a fad. Like demonizing meat or dairy.
Most of USA and Europe eats female mammals like cows and chickens, are we going to make claims that female animal estrogen contained in that flesh makes men infertile? Seems like a much more probable cause than phytoestrogen from plants, not that I would be irresposible to make that argument without any evidence, as is the case for soy.
