As a 30+ year old software engineer, I can confidently tell that the older you get, the later you are to learn piano.
Musical instruments are best learnt as a kid. I have seen kids effortlessly picking up chords, even whole new songs, within weeks. They can even break down a whole song into individual notes in a matter of an hour. Such a feat for me would take many hours and sometimes days. I do believe that I would have been much more effective at learning piano if I was introduced to it in my early childhood.

Same here. We used imperative form too and never had any problems. All developers were matured enough to not take comments about technical stuff personally. I think as long as we are being direct and polite in the reviews, there should be no issues.
But there is no infinite BC, right? There cannot be any date earlier than the date of the big bang. That establishes a lower bound for the set of dates, does it not?

A set of dates obviously has an earliest date. The humour here is that an earliest date within the set of uninteresting dates is itself an interesting date by virtue of being the earliest such date in that set.
