Yes, I totally agree! Performance is something I will consider touching on. I wanted to keep it fairly intro-level but the topic would sit well alongside accessibility.
I’ve been paying attention to my diet and exercise routine for a few years now and am quite happy with where I am, so I’m really not sure how relevant your comment is. I have no intention of losing weight. I’m more interested in how enjoyable this routine is, how it helps me keep an eye on my macros and how they impact training, and how much I enjoy food too.
So far I’m quite happy with it. I’m more interested in creating varied and interesting dinners, I’m still performing well with the workouts and I feel I have more time during the day as I’m not preparing and eating food so often.
I started eating one meal a day a few weeks ago. At first I had huge dinners but they’ve tapered off a bit and are now substantial but not crazy, and usually a small snack an hour or so later depending on how I feel. Combined with morning body weight training / running (which feels awesome when fasted) I’m really enjoying it. The few days when I’ve eaten during the day have left me feeling heavy and bloated and the hunger during the day has gone. It’s very doable.
Maybe they snub it sometimes but I was able to have a 2 year old iPhone replaced under this rule (the camera padding had drifted across close to the front lens).
I believe the rule here in Ireland is that defects that were present as a result of the initial engineering are covered for more years, but not wear and tear or anything that would fail due to use specifically.
I think the opposite. People that fast for a period (> 16 hours) report improved energy levels. This may be because after a while the body enters a ketogenic state where it burns body fat, which is a great source of energy and perfect for when on the hunt.
Thank you for this. I had some experience of what you mean in my 20s when a website did relatively well for a few years and I got to experience that kind of restlessness. I’m working harder than ever these days (approaching 40) and working on software from home while the kids are small, it has its ups and downs but more interesting.
I believe I did file a claim then but it came back empty. At the time it was only a few hundred dollars and not worth putting too much time into pursuing (or so I naively thought). Been having sleepless nights recently wondering what if so thought I’d ask here in case anyone knew of other ideas.
Edit: I found an old response and yes, it was rejected as the amount I put in wasn't found. It's tough as I don't recall the exact amount of BTC I had in the account.
