I build iOS apps for businesses and have to set and justify prices for project all the time. I also started an web design company when I was a sophomore in high school and it would have been great having someone advise me on pricing back then so I will gladly help you. I would love to work on it together with someone. Here's my github https://github.com/davidolesch if you want to connect.
I started iOS development 2 years ago with a good understanding of programming but no objective c experience. After picking up a copy of IOS Programming: The Big Nerd Ranch Guide I was able to get my first app into the App Store within 3 months.
