It is much better to face boring challenges with interesting people than interesting challenges with boring people. Maybe focusing on the team would excite these kind of persons.

I haven't uses it for a while, but last time I wanted to setup a self-hosted server for a domain, this came out the best. (I've handed over the task to somebody else, so no idea how it went.)
Curious: how would you imagine it working if there were such a graph db?
