Wow, the 5 seconds one is really fast! My static microblog generator [1] takes 30 seconds to generate 2600+ HTML pages from a single Markdown file (it uses a single Markdown file with additional directives to define seperate posts). Example can be visited at [2]. Tested on a Mac mini Late 2014 (!).
I plan to buy an M4 or M5 Mac mini later this year. Curious how fast it will generate my blog then.
Nice to see another static site generator that uses commonmark. I use it as well in `tumblelog` which is available on [GitHub](https://github.com/john-bokma/tumblelog/). It's less lightweight as it supports tags, an RSS feed, and a JSON feed. Example site: [Plurrrr](https://plurrrr.com/).
