I have the same problem at the moment with Supabase. We're a startup trying to get ISO 27001 certified and need to upload Supabase's SOC2 report to Vanta, but we can't because we're on the Pro tier and they don't give access to that, even after emailing them. It's ridiculous.

Does anyone know if there is a way to expedite the decision-making process? We've received a term sheet and are under some time constraints to respond.

There was a guy who applied to YC with this idea and although he didn't get in I think, the app was quite successful. I think it was called Beulr, but looking at their website it seems they have pivoted.

Congrats on the launch!

On your pricing model, as it's usage based, don't you incentivize your customers to use your product as little as possible? Wouldn't it be better to have limited tiers with fixed annual/monthly recurring rates? Also, do you sell to enterprise? I assume these would like this setup even more as the rates are predefined and they have a budget they have to deal with.

I'm currently developing my own pricing model and these are some issues I'm struggling with, so curious what you think.

> My thought-partner in crime, a former YC founder, read a draft of this essay and had a great question — is $100K actually too little given YC started with $125K?

IIRC YC started with 50k its first year.

Would be great to offer this as an option, even if we would have to fill in our own API key. The train tracks in my country differ quite somewhat from the roads when I try it out. Also. busses take defined routes and not the shortest path. Google Maps provides all these routes.
