Start with a problem. I'm building https://helppet.ai, a voice agent for Veterinarians. I didn't know anything about AI programming other than absolute fundamentals I learned in 2017 through Stanford AI course - this was just theory and a lot has changed. I followed startups doing solving similar problems, and I asked detailed questions to everyone I could. I went to AI hack events to learn techniques others are using. Eventually I ended up with something pretty great and had fun doing so. So start with a problem and then work backwards.

You get a sense of that feeling, from watching the various tv stations on this thread. I had the radio on too, and you get a real sense of the total confusion of that day.
This website is a really good resource. The thing I remember from that day, I was 18, was that every channel on cable tv cut over to news: MTV, VH1, History Channel, every channel. cnn.com wouldn't load because it was being ddosed by all of the requests.
I have to say - Amazon is almost the only thing that works during COVID. Everything else is pegged.
I've been waiting 6 months to buy a couch, every time I check on an update, its delayed. Government services are impossible to work with, try getting a passport or license. If you have an emergency every office is closed or dysfunctional. Amazon on the other hand works fine. I'm so thankful for it.
A lot of people I know have left San Francisco, many businesses have closed. I'm curious to see voter turnout this year as a further evidence marker. You can see all things being equal [1] amongst bay Area counties SF sales tax went up only 1% from April to June - implying large amounts of people have actually left the city, consistent with anecdotal evidence I see such as friends leaving and seeing many moving trucks.
> Trump supporters are a prominent voice on the platform
Not necessarily, the algorithm shows you things you are interested in. I see China, Golden Retrievers and various songs I like. You see Trump because your eyeballs got locked on the screen. So you will see more Trump.
