You're welcome:) The drawback is that goverment takes around 65% tax cut (income tax + employment tax) on any incomes of emplyement above 6000USD a month.
The only way to get rich in Sweden is through capital gains. There taxes as still very low :)
I recently become a father and I'm aiming to take some months of parental leave at least. Of the 480 days of paid leave you get in Sweden, goverment insurance give you up to around 3000USD a month for the first 390 days of Leave. My employeer then offer a benefit to cover the rest so that I get 90% of my usual salary, which is pretty common.
A key here is that one does not need to take all days at once. You can choose to work half time etc. for some years if you prefer and use half-days of parental Leave, making them last twice as long.
It's also pretty common to save days to use them in conjunction with vacation each year up to the child reach 12 years of age (100 days can be save after child reacheas 4 years of age).
This means you can extend the vacation from 1 months to 2-3 months a year instead and the the full summer to hang out with your kid. Very nice.
Both parents are even allowed to be on parental leave simultaneously for 1 months in case you want to go on a longer trip together.
If the founder/Investors of Northvolt had to choose, I'm pretty sure they would prefer their names in the title. Guess their names are just not famous enough, so better attribute to it to Sweden. More people probably knows who Elon Musk is than what Sweden is anyways :)
I just noticed upon logging in to my Evernote Basic on the Web that Evernote have started to consider a login in the browser to be its own device, which wasn't the case some time ago.
I use Evernote on my phone and personal laptop and do occasionally login on the web at my work computer or at friends’ computers if I need quick access to some note contents.
However, with this update this becomes impossible and I must now paste note contents from my phone through some other app to get it on any computer expect my personal laptop.
I find their premium plan (currently 62 SEK or ~7.50 USD) a month a little to much for the service. A dollar or two would be fine through.
My requirements are pretty much being able to make notes with pictures/screenshots, search in notes, some basic formatting and that it can sync between devices (Android app), but nothing fancy extra on top of that.
Does anyone have any good alternatives to suggest here?
I love this Facebook container. Love to see the Facebook container mark also on other websites trying to track me.
I also use the Firefox multi-account containers to set a temporary container for every new tab. To not lose logins etc I'm websites I visit frequently, I set up dedicated containers for those. Work very well.
Anyone else with experience of the Firefox multi-account container extension?
