Surprisingly well! (It was also my 2nd to last request before running out of queries on the paid plan for another three hours, so I didn't get it watch it expand more yet, sadly.)

"Is it circumcision?" I love how this is what people say when reading over my shoulder.

Hey HN, we've just released ScalpGPT, a solution that allows developers to access GPT-4 capabilities even if your company has restrictions on using ChatGPT/OpenAI's API. We built it to help creative minds stay productive while still adhering to company policies.

Because "Technically Following the Rules" is the best kind of Following the Rules.

Key points: - Bypass company restrictions and access GPT-4 features - Designed specifically for developers - Simple and affordable pricing: $10 for a bundle of tokens - Only supports the `chat completion` endpoint for now (more to come with your support) - Serious, yet light-hearted approach to bypassing limitations

Check out the full blog post here: https://www.kaizoco.com/posts/scalpgpt/

We'd love to hear your thoughts, questions, and feedback. Give ScalpGPT a try and let us know how it helps you in your projects!

They’ve had a lot of employee turnover, with many leaving for Tana. Having used both, Tana is just more polished. I have really enjoyed Roam and am grateful for Conor’s contributions to the space, but he really needed to hire someone with experience managing an engineering team that ships. The innovation has been in the RoamJS extensions. A former developer on the team told me he left because the founder was trying to “reinvent engineering management from first principles”. It seems like that effort was at cross purposes with shipping speed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The employees did not perform well. The CEO is continually updating his post on LinkedIn because of criticism. They're not an async company and he keeps bringing this up in the comments. I wonder if someone could come eat his lunch. (Not because of the merits of his argument, but just because he keeps describing ineffiencies in his operation.)

Korean is the correct answer for world language. Revive the hangul triangle and other characters to represent sounds not present in Korea and you're good! Highly efficient. Beautiful. Calligraphy is art.

I work for a Fortune 100 company and this is precisely what our corporate overlords do with non-approved VPN software. There are device management tools on every machine in the corporation to detect and block the software, but that isn't turned on. Just blocking the website. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Extended periods of time in a supine position can lead to a number of health problems including venous stasis, pressure ulcers, and respiratory difficulties. The position of the keyboard and screen can put strain on the neck and shoulders. And let's not get started about sleep problems that are just waiting if you do this.

Even hospitals require patients to be up and moving around, even if they are bedridden. In addition to the issues above, t helps the patient to stay mentally alert and to avoid depression and it helps the patient to build up their strength so that they can eventually be discharged from the hospital. If a patient is unable to move around, say hello to our little friend heparin, prevent venous stasis. If doctors feel this strongly about getting up and moving, even when you can barely do so, imagine how they feel about people who choose to do this for any other reason.
