pick something you actually use.. wireshark, a simple packet sniffer, anything and just reverse engineer how it handles the producer/consumer split. that gap between capturing data and displaying it without dropping frames is where all the interesting problems live.
AI can do a lot, but engineers still gotta actually know their code. Have them explain it in reviews or docs, do some pair programming, or just walk through their thinking. Tests catch bugs, but understanding comes from being able to justify why stuff exists and how it works. Especially for juniors, this is how they actually level up, AI or not.
Moving does shakes things up, but not always in the way you expect. New environment gives you fresh energy and perspective, but a lot depends on how much you actively change your routines and habits. Just relocating isn’t enough your mindset and actions make the real difference.
I think AI is here to stay, but AI customer support really sometimes become a hurdle than a help. Businesses should look into when the customers get frustated and add human touch.
