Is it though, current US President is openly for sale. If you need something done you go to Donald and pay the price. Need a pardon? No problem.

Its broad daylight mafia state, the way they operate. 15 years ago Fox News tried to generate outrage because obama wore tan suit.

why shocking? If you dont want to directly admit existence of some entity, you can use one of your allies to do the talking for you

Having a channel of communication is important even if indirect.

I think you are missing the point. Self control is a source of persistence to get to goal. If you are impulsive buyer of random crap, you will not save money for a house.

If you give up easily or get distracted accomplishing difficult tasks will be impossible.

We all know those people and at least to me they always feel like bit of looser who openly jeopardise their own future.

Trumps of this world only impress naive people of this world, people who buy how to make $1m in a year books.

Trump openly employs wrestling narrative building to win popularity. It doesn't get any basic than that (i am generalising avg trump voter of course, but a man who never worked a day of hard work in his life - is a hero of blue collar, cheated on every single of his 5 wives - christian hero and maybe eveb second coming, all his businesses went bust - a true successful businessmen)

Would you trust trump to run your company? or oversee anything of value?

> I'm from Hungary and in /r/hungary pretty much 99% of the posts are anti-Orban.

Younger demographic that is somewhat tech savy, is not happy with Orban? I am shocked! How could that be?

The next time around people like you will be complaining about 'how come russia invaded ukraine and it was ok' so how come conflict x is suddenly not ok.

This kind of argument only derails conversations and doesn't achieve anything.

Who the fuck cares what US did/does, its completely separate matter.

Just because US is warmongering doesn't mean russia can too.

Unpopular opinion.

Russia agreed to respect Ukrainian territory if they give up their nuclear arsenal.

Maybe before russia starts demanding something they should first keep their promises first

The Windows not working sound overly exaggerated as an issue. I think that's why I even replied to OP. Overblown issues as an argument for/against something.

The whole pc vs console is like arguing what mode of transportation is better. Apples to oranges, use what you like and be happy about it.

To be honest I dont play that many new games these days, so I might not have a good sample of experiences.

But I don't recall ever having to configure a game because it doesn't work.

As a counter point though, there used to be stories of people buying a game on console and had to download 30GB patches in order to play it.

Also paying for subscription to play online games always irk me the wrong way.

Ether way PC or console there are pros and cons

i have GTX 970, in drivers section of Nvidia its in legacy category.

I dont really see the issue of suboptimal experience to worry about. Modern games autodetect optimal options to play out of the box.

Did multiple quite few 5 days fast, the max i got to was 10 days.

I experienced none of the effects. People claim to be sharper and more energised during fast, but all I experienced was noticeable sluggishness (no glucose, only fat as energy source) and bit more pissy about small things (though I recognise it and never act on it).

P.S. Worth mentioning, any water fast above 4 days can be potentially dangerous if you don't take supplements that regulate your bodily functions, like salt, potassium, magnesium etc. I have read accounts of people doing only water fast no supplements for 10-15 days and report serious symptoms of their body shutting down (maily cells dying due to lack of salt).

> It's the fact that our elected legislature has created a nightmare boondoggle of a tax code.

I wonder who is financing campaigns of people who keep those loopholes open?? It must be illuminati.

Its a open 'secret' that organised lobbing entities control legislature on a tight leash. Doesn't matter if you vote blue/red/purple the outcome will be the same, you just get different packaging.

I agree. Art is very loose term, when line between when craft becomes art is very blurry. Same with the meaning behind it.

Someone might argue that author interpretation was intentionally stated in bad faith as a artistic performance etc.

But in the end an interesting discussion is probably the thing of most value (for me at least).

Not really into art so i googled it.

Guernica is a large 1937 oil painting on canvas by Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. It is one of his best known works, regarded by many art critics as the most moving and powerful anti-war painting in history - wikipedia

Anyhow, art is subjective. You can interpret it as you like, because its how it makes you feel. And you can argue for or against a point, but it doesn't really matter. As its almost like arguing what flavor of ice-cream is the best.

No it wasn't. Its whatever you feel like it is.

That's the whole point of art.
