Thank you for the input. Would you care expanding on why you would find it useful?

https://www.sunnynests.com/

Niche real estate portal for foreigners looking to buy a property in Spain.

I’ve built it in Ruby on Rails and hosting on Heroku.

Running free trials for realtors in case anyone’s interested :-)

But I would mostly appreciate feedback about what you are missing from existing real estate portals.

I'm currently reading "The myth of normal" by Gabor Mate, MD. Not a book about MS specifically but he presents there some cases of MS which were managed using some non-standard approaches. It might be interesting for you what he has to say about the causes and 'treatment' of the illness.

If I was making policies I would oblige manufacturers of anything to take back and recycle their product at the end of life. This would make sure products/packagings are made to be recyclable and/or biodegradable.

This should be applied not only to clothing, but really everything. I would expect the first result would be no single use plastics anywhere.

Obviously the cost of the change would be transferred to consumers on the purchase price. However we are already paying it in a deferred manner with the degradation of the natural world.

Are they giving any rationale for removing each episode? I would be interested to see why the Tim Ferris episode didn’t make it. Or Bill Burr for that matter - was he not funny enough?
