If you have an existing company in India, and have been working in it in an executive or managerial position for over an year then look at L1A followed by EB1c. Thats the route I took.
It didn't amount to anything for some time. Luckily it got featured by Apple as Game of the Day. That changed everything, and it continues to provide residual income a year hence. The money is not yet enough or close to a full time job, but I am now working full time churning out and about to launch more games!
Thanks for the feedback. Actually, there is a video further down the page, in the preview section, but it’s probably getting a little lost there. Will make sense to move it to the top.
Hi this is Neha, creator of this word game - Word Hookup. This was my first dabble in a tech world making a game. Luckily for me it was noticed by Apple editors, and featured as game of the day some time after launch. Its been a while since I had launched the game but never got around to posting this here on HN. Now I am finishing up a new version of this game that merges it with a crossword layout. I am seeking your feedback on the original gameplay and any advise on improvements, difficult level etc, would be helpful in improving my new version!! Here are the links to the original games

Lots of past failures under the belt, but I just started tasting success today only! My simple word game "Word Hookup" is showing on the US app store's Today page, in the "5 New Games We Love" category. Until last week I had a handful of downloads, and the number is now increasing exponentially. Loving it :)

While the deeper review is fine, Why wasn’t this better planned with more resources allocated to the review process to keep the time in 2-3 days. And when I submitted my game - Word Hookup -for internal testing it took 8 days for approval. Why should internal testing require this prolonged review. 7 days for internal testing is a painful and unacceptable waste of devs time.
So the app finally got approved just now on the 8th day. I think it was a combination of:
- recently changed google play review process that has created a bottleneck
- my being a new developer, with first app submission
- app had "for families" checked, that probably required additional review steps.
I only hope the release to production will not take as many days!
