I used Clerky in 2016. I found them pleasant and easy to work with. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Prices quite reasonable. Unfortunately, this data point is a bit out of date.
I regularly work with companies that use all of the above. All seem to produce decent documents. You can also compare their sample documents against ones from CooleyGo [1] and the like.
There are things you may desire as a founder that won't necessarily come standard in template docs from Clerky/Stripe/Gusto. Single-trigger acceleration [2] is the obvious example I can think of right now but I'm sure there are others.
Also, be sure to do your 83(b) election ASAP -- definitely within 30 days of incorporation. [3]
(Not a Cooley shill - they just produce good content.)
Yes, that is high. Georgia Tech offers an Online M.S. in Computer Science for about $7K USD. [1] Graduates are also conferred the same exact degree as on-campus students. Anecdotally, current and former students seem to like this program. (Source: r/OMSCS, old HN threads.)
University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign also offers an Online Master of Computer Science. This one costs $21,440. [2]
I haven't gone through either program so I can't personally vouch for quality. However, as an outside observer, GA Tech in particular seems to be high relative to the dollar cost.
If you wish to earn an online degree in computer science for credentialing purposes, the 'prestige' conferred by Imperial seems to be much more expensive, relatively, than that earned from GATech or UIUC. [3]
Short-term demand seems to be shifting to Vietnam. This seems to have enabled a 'wait and see' approach re: China + tariffs. However, I'd question if Vietnam has enough long-term manufacturing capacity [1] [2] [3] to sustain the short-term advantage it seems to be currently enjoying.
Today, China has 16 of the world's 50 busiest ports, including Shenzhen at #3 (all as measured by 2018 TEU volume). [4] However, this is less indicative of capacity than it is of current demand / throughput.
Both countries could benefit from building more deep-water ports. China currently has two Panamax ports, with a third on the way. Vietnam has none and is building its first. The U.S., by comparison, has 42 by my count. [5]
