Super interesting. Chat is something that is becoming more and more important in an age where people are becoming more nationalistic with online communities. Rather than Facebook they are joining smaller niche communities like those seen on www.communityhunt.io
A simple way to be introduced to like-minded and interesting people. Through a genuine email introduction. I have already got over 100 people joined including Dave Kerpen himself! Others include a doctor, several entrepreneurs, a large site owner, and a young "maker"! I created the site in a few hours last night.
Here is what I used:
Squarespace: Super easy to make websites! You can make them look pretty good with limited design skills.
Unsplash: For free awesome stock pictures.
Typeform: To create the membership form to collect data. Provides a better way to collect info and data.
Twitter: Tweeting Dave Kerpen.
Reddit: Posted it on r/entrepreneur
What is the point? If you have any idea, get it out there ASAP and see what happens.
