been explaining this security policy of mine to people for years in different words. when people think they have answers, they stop looking.

this is why when you look up my dox or grep for my passwords, its not hard to find my fake social security number, address and password in the usual place.

in the future i want to build this into a server. What kind of server are you? Oh, I'm IIS running ASP (not rlly). send your ops down rabbit holes to nowhere instead of depriving them of the feedback they rely on. i love it.

the lore that know-nothings told themselves about seo. the think seo is about content, its about users. they screwed this pooch up over a decade ago and it noticeably changed the content of the internet for the worse, much like what people are now consciously thinking about chatgpt. its shocking that we finally have enough people to notice this but it wont be enough.

apparently nobody quantified the projected losses, because that would have caused this to not be ignored. i blame everyone involved including the service provider. everybody did something wrong

after a lifetime of web development [started in 1996], you should ask yourself "can i build a full product". if the answer is yes, don't sign contracts and start your product. employers don't pay what you're worth. you can save them 250k in a 2 week period and they won't know you did it and definitely won't pay you like you did. they might even toss you to the side thinking "oh my nephew makes websites". you might have just increased your client's conversion rates by 3% because of an issue on the checkout page and when you call to report on it they might say "oh wow that must be the advertisement i bought without telling you".

in most cases, its too technical for them to understand. i recommend avoiding employers if you're money motivated.
