I know I commented already, but your posting really just gave me a bit of hope for the human race. For the past several years, I thought humanity had died. Your heart is in the right place. I was on LinkedIn for years. I quit a couple of years ago and have not regretted it one bit. I hasn't resulted in a single sale or new client for me. It's really for salesmen and headhunter and perhaps government officials, not technical people.
