I've been following a similar schedule (72-96h during weekdays, social activities permitting), primarily for weight loss, but I'm surprised with with how productive I feel compared to normal or even time-restricted eating.
Apparently, if you forget to tell Airbnb that you are changing your phone number (but before you actually change it), they will be unable to update it later on.
But no worries, you can "contact your phone provider and ask them to get a temporary access to your old phone number".
