Never used electron but I did see threads on how it’s very bloated. Are there other issues?

Disclaimer: I don’t own amazon directly but do own funds where Amazon is a significant chunk.

I don’t agree with this kind of regulation. It’s simply not the governments role to decide. You as a seller are not forced to sell on Amazon. I say that as the spouse of a seller who owns a store on EBay that’s continued to be successful. We had a bad experience selling on Amazon and are better off without them. Of course that’s just our experience but I’m not convinced Amazon is a monopoly here.

I do think Amazon needs to be held liable for fake products and whatever damage they cause its customers. Amazon simply selling goods with no liability of fraudulent items is a disgrace, and I don’t think they will change until we ram some regulation down their throat.

Please give the same keyboard at the less than $1500 price point on the regular MacBook models. Also, give us ports and please stop with the thinner == better. This is a great step but I’m not spending $2600 on a new machine.

I love MacOS. The only reason I have windows at all is for a few games. That being said, Apple has gutted the Macbook lineup.

The hardware, especially the keyboard and touchbar, are utter trash and reminiscent of the dell and HP laptops around 2008, which were the reason I dumped those brands in the first place.

All the pointless dongles were a moronic excuse to make thinner machines. They forgot about function and also failed to realize that aesthetic doesn’t matter if the keyboard is literally a dumpster fire.

I wonder sometimes if Tim Cook is becoming senile or if he just don’t care since the iPhone was printing money.

Aren’t all large companies exploiting loop holes in the tax system? I hate the new MacBooks, but I generally like Apple products and will continue to buy them.

I have a few Echos that we bought a year ago over Christmas. We use it to play music and control home automation. It works relatively well. My husband has a thick russian accent, and with him it struggles sometimes.

I don't use the app and so have no use for that. What are other things the Google home does better? Like help me understand the use case. You say Google Home is more "conversational", but how?
